Went to meet with the therapist today. It was good, it was basically an evaluation in which she told me that i need psychotherapy (that's a given) and then she referred me to another doctor who is going to start me on some medication that will hopefully be better than that stupid celexa that just makes me completely numb.
I hate crying in front of strangers.
But this treatment is long over due, and i have to fix myself if i have any hope of leading a happy life, or of giving Noah the foundation he needs to develop GOOD lasting RESPECTFUL and LOVING relationships in his life.
